Location: Kolkata

Job Brief

I3TK is setting up a Revenue business vertical and is building a high performance team to grow the business.

For this, I3TK is looking for a highly driven individual who can rapidly scale the business and shape the product to suit the market. As a revenue owner, the individual will define and chase sales targets. S/he will lead and manage a portfolio of partners to achieve her/his goals.


• Define the market and identify high potential set of partners to work with
• Own revenue targets for the portfolio
• Establish deep understanding of partners’ industry and market trends to create strong value propositions
• Mentor junior resources to build the portfolio
• Manage campaigns end to end – conceptualization, proposal design, commercial closure, go live and post campaign analysis to gather insights
• Build strong long-term relationships with partners to build sustainable and growing revenue
• Work closely with internal stake holders like product, other business verticals and operations team to achieve business goals

Preferred Qualifications

• 5-8 years’ experience in Sales/BD/Account Management
• Proven track record of influencing and exceeding sales targets by working with cross functional teams
• Data-driven and adept at balancing partner needs with business goals
• MBA from a top tier institute preferred
• Agile and highly collaborative, can communicate impressively
• Have an entrepreneurial drive to work in a dynamic environment and to open up new opportunities with strong execution rigour to take initiatives to fruition
• Skilled in building and managing business alliances
• Thrive in a competitive and a result-oriented work environment
